Filament Winding

Filament winding is a manufacturing process based on the winding of resin-impregnated continuous fibers and the subsequent curing.

Woven fabric pre-pregs are shaped-cut in a dedicated air-controlled chamber and are then wrapped onto mandrels with desired diameter and shape, depending on the desired length for the final product.

Pulltrusion & Pullwinding

Continuous profiles are obtained with unidirectional reinforcement fibers

By controlling temperature and pressure through appropriate cycles and ramps, it enables pre-impregnated reinforcements to be compacted and polymerized, which have been suitably arranged beforehand on moulds with relatively complex forms.
This technology is the most used type in the composite production sector for high-end products, where mechanical performance is the main goal of the final component.

Progressive and Multi Chamber Press

This process allows to produce semi-finished items and finished products with planar geometry and a spatial arrangement of the reinforcements that is fully modifiable along the flat surface and thickness of the laminate, thereby creating laminates with variable stiffness for all needs

Press-forming of polyester or vinyl ester resin-based compounds loaded with glass or carbon with a random planar arrangement.

Resin Transfer Moulding RTM

Resin transfer moulding is a cutting edge technology that combines superior impregnation of reinforcements for the purpose of optimizing the mechanical performance of the product with the production capacity on an industrial scale.

Solvent Impregnation

Solvent impregnation is a technology used to produce pre-pregs, which are materials made of carbon fiber, glass fibers or other types of reinforcements, which are impregnated with resin.
