Lamiflex is pleased to announce its participation in Shanghaitex 2025 at the stand of Rui Ying Trading Company Ltd (Hall N3 – Stand A46).
During the exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to discover Lamiflex’s range of finished composite parts for rapier weaving machines, including tapes and sprocket wheels designed for major textile machinery brands.
Shanghaitex also provides Lamiflex with the perfect opportunity to announce its new organization in China to customers.
Recently, Lamiflex has in fact finalized the closure of its Hong Kong-based branch, Lamiflex Asia. As stated by Massimo Zocche, Lamiflex Managing Director “This strategic decision does not represent a withdrawal from the Asian market. On the contrary, Lamiflex has strengthened its commercial presence by entrusting its full product portfolio to Rui Ying Trading Company Ltd.”
Today, Rui Ying Trading Company Ltd. is Lamiflex’s one and only official distributor for mainland China and Hong Kong, covering both the Lamiflex Textile and Lamiflex Industrial product lines.

The Chinese market for Itema-branded components continues to be served directly through Itema Weaving Machinery China, the local branch of Itema Group. Rui Ying Trading Company Ltd. will instead focus on Lamiflex’s composite components dedicated to other textile machinery manufacturers, as well as on the Industrial product line.
