Customers and Suppliers

Lamiflex S.p.A., as part of the broader corporate policy and in the context of the Itema Group, bases its relationships with customers and suppliers on transparency, ethics, professionalism, and quality.

Values that have allowed the company and the Group companies to achieve a leadership position in their respective sectors thanks to the constant determination in pursuing excellence and integrity.

With the intention of ensuring the same results, all sales or supply relationships are managed respectively through the General Conditions of Sale and the General Conditions of Purchase which are intertwined with the Code of Ethics of Itema Group.

The General Conditions as well as the Code of Ethics and the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 are an integral part of the supply and purchase contracts and agreements.
